- Legal compliance – We operate within the applicable legal framework and regularly review our processes for legal compliance.
- Independent and transparent – We are committed to maintaining our independence from external interests and communicating our business model transparently to the public. Our comparative product evaluations are not and will never be available for purchase.
- Data-based and up to date – Using modern technology and AI-supported processes, we aim to ensure a high degree of automation and topicality in the presentation of our test and comparison results.
- Simple and understandable – Through a clear presentation of information that is continuously improved on the basis of user feedback, we aim to make our test and comparison results understandable to non-experts and to support consumers in their purchasing decisions.
- By consumers, for consumers – Our tests and comparisons are based on consumer experiences, whether through consumer tests conducted by us or through the aggregation and comparative evaluation of external customer reviews. Laboratory testing under artificial conditions is generally not part of our approach.
- For informed consumers and the environment – The purpose of our tests and comparisons is to help consumers make informed decisions for or against purchasing a product, thereby increasing the likelihood of satisfaction with the products they choose. These quality guidelines are documented and made available to all employees. Every permanent employee and freelancer is required to comply with these quality guidelines from the beginning of their work for ever-growing LLC and agrees to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
